Hi, I'm Joshua — and I help North East businesses get online properly.
I’ve been working in tech for over five years, and for most of that time I watched small local businesses either struggle to get online, get stung by overpriced agencies, or end up with a website that didn’t really work for them.
So I decided to do something about it.
I’m based in Washington, Tyne and Wear, and I work with small businesses right across the North East — from sole traders just starting out to established local businesses that need a fresh, modern website that actually brings in customers.
I build every website myself. That means when you get in touch, you speak to me. When you have a question, I answer it. When something needs fixing, I fix it. Why I Started This
I’ve always been self-taught when it comes to web design — I learned by doing, by breaking things, and by figuring out how to fix them. That background in tech gave me a solid foundation, but what really drove me to start this was simple: I wanted to work for myself, doing something I’m good at, for people who genuinely need it.
Small businesses are the backbone of the North East. The independent café, the local plumber, the family-run shop — these are the businesses that make our communities what they are. And too many of them are either invisible online or paying far too much for websites that don’t deliver.
